Ink & Color
-
Our water-based inks are designed to provide exceptional print quality and durability, while also being gentle on your apparel & paper. Unlike other ink options, these eco-friendly inks won't damage or degrade the materials we're printing on, ensuring that your prints remain vibrant and long-lasting.
Not only do our water-based inks provide excellent print quality, but they also help reduce waste and minimize environmental harm. By choosing eco-friendly printing options like our water-based inks, you can feel good about your business's impact on the planet.
-
If precise color matching is essential to your design, please let us know. We'll work closely with you to achieve the closest possible match, considering factors like paper or fabric type, dye discharge-ability, and ink deposit amount. While we strive for exact matches, small variations may occur due to these variables.
-
Discharge printing offers a significant advantage in terms of comfort and visual impact. By stripping away the dyes from the fabric, this method produces an unparalleled softness and allows for thinner, more precise prints that are perfect for fashion, retail, or any application where comfort and style matter.
Plus, dark shirts can now be transformed into stunning canvases without an underbase or worrying about dye migration- a major advantage for designers.
-
For reorders, we'll do our absolute best to match the original ink color as closely as possible. However, due to natural variations in materials and printing processes, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. If you anticipate a reorder, please let us know and we'll try to keep a printed sample on file for future reference.
Art prep
-
Submitted art should be color separated if possible. This means putting each ink color on it’s own layer and labeling the layers by their color or pantone number. All type should be converted to outlines.
If you are unable to seperate your own colors, don’t fear, we can help for an additional cost. Contact us today.
-

Each color should have it’s own layer.

Apparel & Accessories

-
While we strive for consistency in image placement, small variations can occur within a run. These minor deviations, typically less than 1” in any direction, are considered acceptable. Keep in mind that printing too close to seams (within 1.5 inches) may result in slight distortion or print inconsistencies. We will not assume responsibility for such imperfections.
-
To be cost effective for our customers, the same image size will be printed on all shirts in a run. If you would like to have different image sizes per item size, that will be billed as a separate order, and new screens of the additional size will be made.
-
When selecting garments for your order, considering factors that affect fit and comfort is crucial. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend ordering samples before placing a final order. We will work with you to suggest suitable options based on your needs, but one the final order arrives, we cannot guarantee you will like the garments you chose. By reviewing the samples, you'll be able to assess the quality of the garments and make sure they meet your expectations.
-
To account for printing issues, setup, and color matching, we always order extra blanks. These extras may be ready to sell, or they may be a unique one off. All sellable extras will be included with your order at no extra charge. You'll only pay for what you were quoted.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a run ends up under quantity. But don't fear, you will not be charged for the items you don't receive. An under-run of up to 5% is considered acceptable for order fulfillment. For this reason, we highly recommend ordering extra blanks.
We will not be responsible for under-runs in the 5% acceptable allowance. If a run is greater than the allowed percentage, we will reprint the remaining order. -
All apparel should be washed before wearing. To extend the life and vibrancy of your prints, machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
