Orders

  • We provide quality printed products, and we think you will agree. If for any reason you don’t, and your issue is not covered under this policy, we will happily reprint your order within 10 business days.

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Please note that quotes may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as garment availability or alterations to your artwork. Additionally, any changes you make to your order after the initial quote may affect the final pricing.

  • Before your order can be scheduled, payment must be made. For orders under $300, full payment is required to begin working on your order. For orders over $300, a deposit of 50% may be payed. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the quote process. Once your order is printed, we will invoice for shipping fees. Transit time is not included in the turnaround estimate.

  • We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please notify Red Dirt Printworks immediately. Defective items must be returned. If it is determined that the defects were caused by errors in the printing process, or the product differs from what was approved, all flawed or defective items will be replaced within 10 days.

  • If you’re under the gun, we may be able to help. Rush service may be available on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.

  • Let us know if you expect to reorder and we can hang onto your screens. This ensures we do not have to recreate them later saving you setup fees.

    We will also keep samples of your artwork to ensure that we are able to match colors as closely as possible. A perfect color match is not always possible. See the Ink FAQs for more information.
